Free Tax Preparation Program - 2015

Do you need help with tax preparation and electronic filing? RSVP's Trained Tax Volunteers will complete your federal and state returns and file them for free. 
Tax sites are walk-in, first come/first serve, no appointment necessary.  All tax preparation is done in strict confidence and available for all taxpayers of any age. 
Remember to bring last year's return and social security cards for all family members.  
 
The Free Tax Prep Program is a partnership of Marshall County RSVP and United Way of Marshall County.

Free Federal and State Return from your Home

Like to do your own taxes from your home computer?  The IRS and United Way have joined RSVP to provide a link, http://www.myfreetaxes.com/mcrsvp, for you to do your own federal and state taxes at home on your own computer free of charge using H & R Block at Home® software.  There will be a $58,000 upper limit on household income to be eligible to use the software for free.  Save money - Check it out before you purchase a tax software package.
